Vintage Watch pulsar ('75), information?

Hello, I have a 1975 (?) Stainless Steel Pulsar LED digital clock / Calculate. Does anyone here know anything about TIS. Lights with batteries, but I can not work. Is it get it repaired or if it is going to devalue, as it does with other antiques? Is chunkiest see what I saw! Even greater is the case (brown velvet).
